Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Options

  1. Local Delivery
    Local delivery is not automatically free.
    If your delivery address is within 25 km of MoCEE Builds' service area, delivery may be free, subject to our discretion. Addresses beyond 25 km may incur a delivery fee.

Coordination Required:
All local deliveries are arranged in advance, including date, time, and recipient.

Delivery Confirmation Requirement:
The purchaser or an authorized person (designated in writing before delivery) must be present to sign a Delivery Confirmation Form before the product is handed over.
No product will be delivered without a valid signature.
A PDF copy of the signed form will be provided to the customer.
Tracking is not available for deliveries handled directly by MoCEE Builds.

  1. Local Pickup
    Free local pickup is available at:

  • The nearest police station, or

  • A public location agreed upon between MoCEE Builds and the customer.

  1. Shipping via Carrier
    If your order is shipped using a third-party shipping company:
    Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
    Standard Canadian delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on Custom Computers:
All computer sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our builds, we do not offer refunds or returns on computer purchases.

Accessories and Non-Custom Items:
These may follow separate refund policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty:
All computers come with a 14-day limited warranty, which covers only issues caused by MoCEE Builds (e.g., assembly errors, hardware faults not caused by the user).

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover user-related damage, software issues, or physical damage from misuse.

Extended Warranty:
An optional extended warranty is available only for certain builds. If it is mentioned during your quote or at checkout that extended warranty is available for your build, then it can be purchased. Terms may vary and extend coverage depending on the plan selected.

Replacement Procedure:
If a part is found to be defective under warranty, we will assess the issue and provide a replacement of equal or better value, subject to availability.
